    Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

Your care begins with a thorough psychiatric evaluation designed to understand the full picture of your mental and emotional well-being. This initial appointment explores your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals to create a personalized plan that feels supportive, thoughtful, and aligned with your needs.

    Medication Management

Medication management is approached with intention and care. When medication is appropriate, it is used as one part of a broader treatment plan focused on long-term wellness rather than quick symptom relief. Follow-up visits are designed to monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and make thoughtful adjustments based on how you are feeling and functioning.

    Supportive Brief Psychotherapy

Supportive brief psychotherapy provides a compassionate space to process current challenges, life stressors, and emotional overwhelm. This approach is designed to foster insight, strengthen coping, and offer meaningful support throughout your care.

    Solution Focused Brief Psychotherapy

Solution focused brief psychotherapy is a collaborative, goal-oriented approach that helps you build on your strengths and move toward practical, sustainable change. Care is centered on progress, resilience, and creating solutions that feel aligned with your life.

    Complementary Integrative Treatment Options

Complementary integrative treatment options allow care to extend beyond symptom management by considering the broader factors that influence mental health. This whole-person approach may include attention to sleep, stress, physical health, lifestyle patterns, and overall well-being.

The Serein Wellness Approach

Care at Serein Wellness is grounded in evidence-informed, individualized treatment that considers the full context of each person’s mental health. Rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation, care is informed by the understanding that sleep, stress physiology, hormonal health, medical conditions, and life experiences all interact to shape well-being. Clinical decision-making integrates both medical and psychiatric perspectives to support a more complete understanding of each individual’s needs. Medication, when appropriate, is used conservatively and intentionally as part of a broader, sustainable treatment strategy rather than a standalone solution. Care is collaborative, respectful, and focused on long-term stability and functional improvement.
